We accept all major credit cards



We charge $3 to ship backorders. Backordered items are sent as soon as they become available.  Backorders under $75 will be canceled. Your credit card is charged only for the items that are shipped. Backordered items are charged separately when they ship.


Our lead time is 1-3 business days.  During trade show season, our lead time is 2-3 weeks. 
If a rush is required, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Shipping costs are minimal and are determined once your order is processed.

 We currently do not ship internationally.

We do our best to make sure all items going out are perfect quality. However, if the product you received has any damage or defect please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to exchange the item.  We can be reached by phone at 805-749-1900.

If you refuse a delivery without approval you will be charged for return shipping fees.


Splendid Iris items can tarnish over time.  The best way to reduce this effect is by storing your jewelry in the plastic bag it is shipped in.
