All of our orders are packaged and shipped directly from our warehouse in Westlake Village, California.

We offer standard flat-rate shipping for $8, with free shipping on orders $75 or more. Additional expedited shipping options can be selected at checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Core Collection
Our core line is made of brass and electroplated with 18k gold or rhodium.

Water-Resistant Collection
Our water-resistant line is made of stainless steel. Silver options are polished for a high-shine finish, while gold options are PVD-plated with 18k gold (giving them a slightly darker gold tone due to the process).

Other materials often used are fresh water pearls, glass crystals, natural stones, shell, and cubic zirconia.  

Yes! We have a selection of water-resistant jewelry made of stainless steel. The silver color is polished stainless steel, while the gold color is plated 18k gold and uses a process called PVD. Because of the process, the gold color is inherently a shade darker than our other pieces.

Fashion jewelry is best stored in individual plastic bags away from light. Keep jewelry dry and moisture free and avoid contact with chemicals and cosmetics. Our Water Resistant collection should be cared for when not in use; however, you can freely without worrying about the color fading.

We do not consider our jewelry hypoallergenic, as everyone has different reactions to various materials.
