why don’t you do the letter O? lots of olivia’s out there

I’m sorry that our not offering all letters at this time was disappointing for you. I completely understand how personal initials can be — my own daughter’s name is Olivia, so I truly do get it.

At the moment, we’re a small business and only offer the top 16 letters that sell most consistently, which helps us keep prices reasonable and inventory manageable. Many customers choose a last-name initial instead, which my daughter actually wears herself and loves.
